Output source working mode(To configure load power source priority)
Solar First: Solar energy provides power to the loads as first priority; battery energy will supply power the loads at the same time If solar energy is not sufficient. Utility provides power to the loads only when Solar energy is not available or Battery voltage drops to low-level warning Voltage.
Utility First (default): Utility will provide power to the loads as first priority. Solar and battery energy will provide power to the loads only when utility power is not available.
SBU Priority: Solar energy provides power to the loads as first priority, then battery, then Utility power.
SUB Priority: Solar energy provides power to the loads as first priority, then utility power, then Battery power.
Charger source priority: To configure charger source priority
Solar first: Solar energy will charge battery as first priority, then Utility Power.
Solar and Utility: Solar energy and utility will both charge battery.
Only Solar: Solar energy will be the only charger source no matter utility is available or not.
If this off grid solar inverter is working in Battery mode or Power saving mode, only solar energy can charge battery. Solar energy will charge battery if it’s available and sufficient.

IMPORTANT WIRING NOTE:

1. Install screws recommend M4 or M5 size screws.
2. Make sure polarity at both the battery and the inverter/charge is correctly.
3. connected and ring terminals are tightly screwed to the terminals.
4. Before making the final DC connection or closing DC breaker/disconnector, be sure positive (+) must be connected to positive (+) and negative (-) must be connected to negative(-).
5. AC Input/Output recommended cable size: 10 AWG; PV recommended cable size: 12 AWG/1.2-1.6 Nm Torque value; Battery recommended cable: 4 AWG/2-3 Nm Torque value
6. Parallel operation up to 6 unit (only with battery connected)

1. This is a wide voltage Hybrid inverter, The voltage that starts to connect to the solar panel must be above 150V for the
Hybrid inverter to work normally. Means you can connect solar panels in series, saving you the cost of buying wires
2. The whole system also need other devices to achieve complete running such as PV modules, generator, or utility grid.
3. This 48Vdc single-phase 220V output inverter is an international version. This inverter only outputs 220Vac. It does NOT output 120Vac.(if your input 220V ac power is 2-phase 220V, please ask support for detail wiring intruction.

FAQ

1. What are Solar Power Advantages?

Avoid rising utility rates, Reduce your electric bills, Tax benefits, Helping the environment, Getting your own independent power plant.

2. What is the difference between grid-tied and off-grid solar?

Grid-tie systems connect to the public utility grid. The grid acts as storage for the energy produced by your panels, which means you don’t need to buy batteries for storage. If you don’t have access to power lines at your property, you’ll need an off-grid system with batteries so you can store energy and use it later. There’s a third system type: grid-tied with energy storage. These systems connect to the grid, but also include batteries for backup power in case of outages.

3. What size system do I need?

Your system size depends on your monthly energy use, as well as site factors like shading, sun hours, panel facing, etc. Contact us and we will provide you customized proposal based on your personal usage and location in just a few minutes.

4. How do I get a permit for my system?

Contact your local AHJ (authority having jurisdiction), the office that oversees new construction in your area, for instructions on how to permit your system. This is typically your local city or county planning office. You will also need to contact your utility provider to sign an interconnection agreement that allows you to connect your system to the grid (if applicable).

5. Can I install solar myself?

Many of our customers choose to install their own system to save money on their project. Some install the racking rails and panels, then bring in an electrician for the final hookup. Others simply source the equipment from us and hire a local contractor to avoid paying markup to a national solar installer. We have local installation team who will help you also.
